...had me a blast. Summer lovin happened so fast. I met a girl, crazy for me. Met a boy, cute as can be.

It's a good thing you don't have to hear me sing on this blog! LOL! I'm sure you all know what song that is and where it's from...That's right- just the all time, best ever movie/musical- Grease!!!

What's a photo mask you may be asking? All it does is alter your photo's shape into whatever shape the mask is...See up there in the preview how the word "summer" is filled in with wet sand? Well that's what's in that part of the picture, so your picture actually fills the mask. Never used a photo mask? Don't worry, it's easy peasy and instructions are included! Bless Jen's heart...

*Disclaimer: Since Blogger continues to be the bane of my exsistance and won't let me upload pics and pre schedule posts STILL, I am writing this post via a program that lets you email your blog post so I apologize if the links don't work or pictures are wierd- I'm still trying to figure it out!!! I've gotten alot of suggestions about this Blogger problem and the general consensus seems to be that the prpoblem lies with IE and that if I switch to FIrefox my problems should be no more!!! I am doing that immediately, and as soon as I do, I'll fix any issues with this post and rewrite my other posts, 'cuz I got ALOT to tell you about!! Thanks for hanging in there with me and offering solutions! Now on to the kit!!!*

How do I hate thee, let me count the ways...

You won't let me upload photos without getting an error message, therefore making me use Photobucket and a whole mess of internet codes to post my pictures...

You give me the option to pre schedule my posts and when I do, you don't publish them...

You won't let me copy and paste ANYTHING when I'm trying to create a post, instead you freeze up and make me have to restart my whole computer...

I go to your help section, which is a joke, to try and solve these issues so I don't have to switch to Wordpress and can never get any actual help. I then have to join a group to be able to see all the other Blogger users complain about the same issues and get no response, help or information- never mind a solution!

I can't understand how in this age of instant communication you constantly let down. You are not the only company to offer the services you provide so again, I can't understand why you wouldn't want to keep your users, not even happy- just functioning!!! I am amazed at the lack of service given by your customer service department and hope that the issues being experienced by me and apparently hundreds (maybe thousands...) of other users are resolved soon before we all pack up our blogs and move to another service. I would have to imagine that it would not be in your company's best interest to piss off tons of people who reach out to millions, world wide on a daily basis....

So I'm sure you're all aware that Sunday, May 3 is National Scrapbooking Day...but did you know that May is National Scrapbooking month??? How awesome is that, a whole month!!

Well in honor of that little tidbit, Sara (a fellow Wyld Graham Cracker) of I Can Scrap has issued a challenge...to post everyday for the month! I've accepted her challenge and will be posting away!! There will be my regular kit release and feebie posts, as well as sharing some LO's with you and spotlighting digiscrapper's who've caught my attention! Join us! Charmaine of Wyld Web Designs and Misty of The Scrap Paperie (both are Gingerscraps designers) have already joined too!! Why don't you...?

I was never a big fan of templates, I always enjoyed designing my pages myself. That was of course, before finding Manda of Nibbles Skribbles!!! She is the ultimate template queen! I can not tell you how many of her templates I have on my scrapping wishlist!! She has her newest template set out @ One Single Seed and it's at the top of my list! RAKscraps had a digiswap that I signed up for and I decided to share the LO's...You sign up to participate and your given a partner. You and your partner then swap pics and scrap a LO for each other. You have no idea how excited I was to scrap pictures of someone other than Kassie!!

Well I was paired up with the very talented Sarah Whithers, who I have been a fan of for quite some time!! Here's the LO she made for me...

There has been so much happening over at the Gingerscraps forum lately and somehow Jen of Graham Like the Cracker (who happens to be the Site Manager) keeps cranking out new kits...like this beauty- Let's Go Fly a Kite...

How fun does that look?? I had a blast with this kit...here's what I made:

Scraps of Ellay has a new kit called Granny's Sweet Tea and this kit is amazing!! The colors are so great, it has a real grungy art feel to it- complete with paint splatter elements!! Here's the preview:

It's speed scrap (SS) time!! Deanna of Flower Scraps is hosting a speed scrap at Stuff to Scrap (formerly Digi-Designs by Nicole) this Wednesday @ 9pm EST.

I just recently did my first SS and these things are awesome!! You get 7 instructions in one hour and when it's over, you've got a great layout!!

You don't just end up with a LO (were all the guesswork of placement and what to use is taken care of for you!) when you've finished the SS, you also get a participation prize (pp)!!! How cool is that?
